Due to the nature of tree care and shrub trimming services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We will work to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include service corrections, partial refunds, or other appropriate remedies.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Tree care and shrub trimming services may be affected by weather conditions. If weather prevents us from completing scheduled services, we will reschedule at no additional charge. No refunds are provided for weather-related service delays.
If our team is unable to access your property due to locked gates, restricted access, or other obstacles that were not disclosed prior to service, a rescheduling fee may apply. We will make every effort to contact you before arriving to ensure proper access.
